Often a contentious issue, we provide a service to investigate boundary issues and provide expert statements on our findings.

Terrain Geomatics provides services for investigation and re-establishment of property boundaries.

Through past experience we have a detailed knowledge of all forms of published mapping and supporting information such as aerial photography, Title Deeds and Land Registry information.

Knowledge of the Land Registration Rules 2003 Part 10 (Land registration Act 2002 Section 60) allows us to proceed with the measurement and investigation of local features, such as fences, walls, hedges and ditches.

In the first instance in any boundary query it is vital that independent expert evidence is gathered so that property owners can proceed with certainty. This will reduce the risk of issues and costs increasing to courtroom levels.
